Two Australian pelicans appear to be having a conversation while swimming along in the water next to Griffiths Island in Port Fairy, which is in south western Victoria, Australia. In reality, the bird with the upright bill has just taken a drink of water.

I've been taking photos for many years, having bought my first SLR in 1990. Initially, my camera was something I used to record family holidays, but I'm now able to spend more time on photography for its own sake (and mine!). I love finding new places and things to photograph, whether near home or further afield.
