Wow, wonderful light in that massive wall of clouds!

Neil Maclachlan replied:

Yep, it was near sunset, so the light was excellent.

Artist's Description

Two fishermen were keeping a keen eye on the rather wild weather passing nearby, their fishing rods forgotten for the moment. I may well just be making this up, mind you - it's equally possible that they were simply sitting with their backs to the very strong, and very cold, wind that was blowing at the time. The storm was passing just south of Green Point, which in turn is just south of Melbourne, Australia.

About Neil Maclachlan

Neil Maclachlan

I've been taking photos for many years, having bought my first SLR in 1990. Initially, my camera was something I used to record family holidays, but I'm now able to spend more time on photography for its own sake (and mine!). I love finding new places and things to photograph, whether near home or further afield.
